Ted Stepleton is the founder of Stepleton's Outdoor Development in Lima, Ohio. He has received numerous awards from the Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association, and has over 33 years in landscape design, While Ted has decided to step back from running the company, he remains an integral part of the business and is passing it down to his niece and nephew, Kyle and Lizzy Bull. Kyle, a graduate of Columbus State with a degree in Landscape Design, brings fresh energy and ideas to the family-owned business. Ted is proud to see the business continue with family and is confident Kyle and Lizzy will maintain the company's high standards of excellence.
